I bought some pink and blue hairdye from Sally's a couple months ago, and they washed out within a week. My best friend had a jar of Manic Panic pink that she mixed with a professional hair dye that her hairdresser aunt bought. We used it in my hair after and it has lasted over a month. Attempted to bleach my hair at home, and didn't go as planned. I should've known better, but I didn't have enough product to evenly distribute through my hair (used Ion's Powder Lightener with their 30% developer), as it's quite thick. I have light brown hair and very dark eyebrows. VERY dark. Nearly black. Bot the hair color and eyebrow color are completely natural.

I am wondering if I can dye my eyebrows to be lighter (just a bit, not drastically). Is it possible? How?
